Wah shit man.
I think all of our school people are very unfit. or maybe it's just my class.
In the USA. if you are a sports person, their equivalent of NAPFA requires very very high standards.

for a 15 year old girls,
sit ups ( curl ups) should 48 in 1 minute.
Shuttle run has to be in 10seconds
1.6km in 8 minutes
Pull ups are 2. But they are the free hanging kind.
Their sit and reach is different.
You sit down with legs straight in front and you just try to reach as far across your toes.
sit and reach is 8 inches past the feet.

Damn, i'm sooooooooo unfit. :\
